Did You Guys Know, God is Good?

I just wanted to make a quick post and remind each of you of God's goodness!  While Tom and I are up here in what we call God's Country ( Maine during the peak of the leaves turning ) it is just a constant reminder of how great God is!  The colors are magnificent, the beautiful hillsides and mountains and rivers and streams.  Well its breathtaking!  We actually went to a relatives sisters funeral today and even there was reminded of God's goodness.  I never met Alice, but I would have liked her!  She lived a full life, was 91 when she passed away and her family adored her!  You know, that is what I want so much, for  my family to adore me and to truly have great memories of me when I am gone!  Again, what a woman, and what a legacy!  I am anxious to finish up on our look at the virtuous woman too!  I have a feeling that Alice, was one of these virtuous women we have been studying.  She had 6 children and all had fond memories of her faith, discipline mixed with love and admiration.  Well I got to hit the sack!  Have a great Lords day tomorrow.  Baskets of Blessings to you all, Teri

We are going to this place today while we are here in Maine.  It is one of our favorite places to go visit while we are here!  And the Lobster at Shaw's on the bay...well its "wicked good"!

 

 

This was my Grandson's 4th birthday.  I hope all his "Big Dreams" come true!  The Red swrill is the only thing that was NOT included in the Ahoy kit.  I used it with permission from Classie Creationz CU Swrills

Halloween Hybrid Card

 

This is my first attempt at a hybrid card.  I used Arts and Scraps Freaky Frankie kit.  Click on the Freakie Frankie and Friends preview to go to her store on on the hybrid layout for my download.  I thought this  was a cute way to show off your little ones costume to friends and family.  And a I thought this was a great colorful kit too.  I hope some of you can use it.  I did make it and it was real easy to follow the few instructions that come with it.  Enjoy!  Teri

Summer Vacation Brag Book

Another Train is "Coming Thru" and This One is Really Sweet!

Here is my second Blog Train, and this one is really sweeeeeeet! Its called "The Sugar Shoppe". Great colors, great kits, so come and get' em! I enjoyed using these creative ladies kits to come up with my contributions. I hope you like them and can find a use for some, if not all of them. They are "Yummy", right?

This one was made using Scrappy Shannons contribution, Thanks Shannon, for letting me have a little influence on you, for this kit. I love the added "bling" You know, "if it aint got no bling"....well you know! hehe. And the Word Art is made from a combination of Scrappy Shannon's papers and the Scrappin' Cop's papers. I thought you may be able to dress up a layout with these cute sayings.
